Rana M-Desar is a Beverly Hills based jewelry designer who brings timeless, multi-functional pieces for wordly women seeking wearable art. Her namesake collection,DeSarra ( founded in 2008), grew out of a vision to offer women high quality modern vintage like pieces that are one-of-a-kind , no two pieces are exactly alike. The collection`s use of exotic precious and semi precious stones- including emerald, amethyst, turquoise, onyx and pearl coupled with 24 kt gold vermeil evokes a sense of timeless functionality. As a result of her unique approach, Rana prides herself on the visual statement the collection makes yet the classic appeal that will never go out of style. Ispiration is drawn from her passion for travel, art, architecture and culture.

The collection aimes to offer versatile pieces at an affordable price point , each design is handcrafted in a small atelier in istanbul by a handful of skilled artisans. The DeSarra Collection continues to balance glamour with everyday practicality as the label grows into an internationally recognized brand.

Prior to starting her own company, Rana worked as an Interior Designer and Leed AP in Montreal and San Diego ,CA  in Commercial and Residential ,new construction and remodeling.

To me, Art has to have character and personality, it has to speak to your soul and represent a part of you and I think my jewelry line does just that.
