Which payment method do you accept?

We accept major credit-cards- Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

 

Do your prices include any sales taxes?

No, our prices do not include any sales taxes. Sales taxes applies where applicable.

 

How can I find out the status of my order?

You may email info@desarracollection.com to inquire about the status of your order. If your order has been shipped , we will provide you with a tracking number by email response.

 

When Can I expect my order?

Please expect delivery of your order within 7-10 business day from the date your order is received.

 

How can I be certain that my order has been received ?

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email that specifies your purchase, quantity , total price, and shipping address.Plesae note that this can only occur if the email address you submitted upon registration is correct and still active.

Will I receive the same absolute items as the pictures on your website?
Dear customer, because each piece of jewelry is hand crafted and because of natural shape of stones, you might see slight variations on each item. Please keep in mind that each item has a high standard of quality and its carries its own character of style which makes it one-of-a-kind piece.

What is your delivery method?

We offer free shipping including insurance to your location . All shipping is done by UPS. Please be aware a person must be present at the shipping location to sign for the package and that we will not deliver to post office boxes.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, at this moment we only offer sales in United States and Canada.

What is your return policy?

Because of unique nature of craftsmanship and individuality of each piece and to protect our artists, we do not offer any return policy.  For any specific questions please contact: info@desarracollection.com or call us at:  310 739 3111 .

 

What is your exchange policy?

Unworn merchandise maybe exchanged within 15 days. Be insure to include the receipt in the package and allow us 7-10 business day to process your exchange. If there is a difference in price for the new merchandise you will be credited or charged as appropriate. You will be charged a shipping fee for the new package going out. Since all of our products are handmade one-of-a-kind , please be sure to inquire about the availability of our products. What if the merchandise I ordered was damaged during shipping?

In cases where merchandise arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item and take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return. Please contact us within 15 days upon receiving the damaged package. Please keep in mind, because our products are handmade and one-of-a-kind , we can not guarantee that the replacement merchandise will be the exact same and maybe substitude with the similer item.


How should I ship my return/exchange item?

For your protection, please send all returns/exchanges via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. We cannot be responsible for returns/exchanges that are lost or damaged during return/exchange shipping. All costs related to return/exchange shipping are paid by the customer. We highly recommend including shippng insurance with your return.
